The end of the semester

2 weeks of reviewing time could help a lot for my final exam. Wish I could take time and investigate the history of computer science.

Almost the last post, to me, computer science history is still a big challenge to me. Hopefully, I could get through it. However, everything else's going pretty fine.

Course difficulties

Still, history is the hardest part for me in this course. Hope professor Danny could sometimes use more non-terminologies to describe the terminologies which could better help people to learn. Since sometimes i found the notes unable to be recognized, therefore, i think clear handwriting in class annotated slides might help a lot, too.

Language stops me from getting higher grades.

As an English-second-language student, i found the history part of the course was tedious and hard to understand, since there were a lot terminology that i have never heard or seen before. i felt so lost when i am listening to the lecture. Hope i could get used to it as time goes on.

since computer science had been a mystery to me and i had no chance to learn it systematically. Therefore, when i heard i could learn computer science in ut, i chose it to be my first year elective. utill now, the course has gone through half way, i found it pretty interesting, even though the confusions may come up sometimes, it is still relatively fun when i got it through. Hope to learn more about the programming.
